  • Letsile Tobogo

    Letsile Tebogo is a 100m and 200m sprinter from Botswana. He won the silver medal at the 2023 World Championships (Budapest) in the 100m behind Noah Lyles and followed it up with a bronze medal in the 200m 5 days later. Tebogo won the gold medal in the 100 metres and a silver in the 200 metres at both the 2021 and 2022 World Athletics Under-20 Championships. In 2021, Tebogo became the first Botswana athlete to claim the 100m title at any World Championships level. He is the 200m 2022 African champion, becoming the youngest winner of this title in competition history.

  • Sean Conway

    Sean is a Zimbabwean endurance adventurer, author and motivational speaker. In 2016, he became the first person to swim, cycle and run the length of Great Britain, holding the World Record for the worlds longest continuous triathlon of 4200 miles. This formed a two-part documentary on the discovery channel. This is not his only feat, he also holds the World Record for sailing the 700 mile route from Land Ends to John O’Groats in 83 hours and 53 minutes. In 2017, he broke another World Record cycling across Europe from Portugal to Russia, a distance of 3890 miles in 24 days, 18 hours and 39 minutes. He is a published author and has spoken about his challenges to many multi-billion pound corporations, Microsoft and Google. Sean is now the world recorder holder for the most consecutive full distance triathlons (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride, 26.2 mile run), completing 105 in mid 2023. Being in Sean’s presence you cannot help but be uplifted.

  • Muzala Samukonga

    Muzala is a Zambian runner in the 400m. He won the Gold medal at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games at the age of 19. Before this, he won Gold in the 400m at the African Championships and silver in the 4 x 400m at the same games. He has raced in a number of diamond league meets and held the latest time in the world in 2023 of 43.91s. He is very humble athlete and has a promising career ahead of him..

  • Isaac Makwala

    Isaac is a Botswana sprinter who specialises in the 200m and 400m. He has competed at three Olympic Games, three Commonwealth Games and five World Championships. His accolades include a bronze medal in the 4 x 400m relays in the Tokyo Olympics, silver and bronze in the world relays, gold in the 400m and 4 x 400m Gold Coast Commonwealth Games and multiple African Championships gold and silver medals dating back to 2010. He is a two-time diamond league winner with a personal best of 43.72 in the 400m which places him 11th in the all time list. He is the first man in history to run a sub 44 second 400m race followed by a sub 20 second 200m within 2 hours and 20 minutes. Its been an honour to work alongside Isaac for over 10 years now, he possesses unbelievable professionalism and work ethic.

  • Charlie Hulson

    Charlie is a British athlete and senior professional marathon runner. His personal best is 2:13:34 which he achieved at the Virgin London Elite Marathon in 2020. He has represented Great Britain multiple times on the international stage including the 2015 IAAF World Cross Country Championships and four European Cross Country Championships, placing 17th in 2019. He has won numerous 10k races at Telford, Cardiff, Wrexham and Chester. He is currently sponsored by New Balance. Since I started working with Charlie I have been truly inspired by his work ethic, training as an elite athlete whilst working full-time.

    Hannah is a long distance runner who competes in the 5k, 10k, half marathon, fells and the track. She has represented the senior Cheshire ladies squad at multiple distances. She is able to train several times a week alongside full time work. With slight tweaks to her training Hannah has remained injury free and is the current Northern 5000m track champion, 2022 Northen XC team Winner, 2021 North West Road Relays Team Winner and 2019 Borders League Champion. Her race PB’s: 1 mile 5:04, 5k 17:02, 5 mile 28:12, 10k 35:59 and half marathon 1:19:50.

    Michael mainly participates in road races from 10k to marathon with two or three marathons a year being his primary focus. A sterotypical weekly training consists of majority aerobic running topped up with a hard long run and a couple of sub threshold sessions making a volume of 100 miles upwards. His strongest race performances have come across the marathon with his PB being 2:27:31 at his Chester marathon victory in 2021. Other victories include Milton Keynes 22 marathon and Chester 50 Ultra as well as 15th place at Stockholm marathon. His other PBs are 69:04 (half), 32:25 (10k), 15:11 (5k).

  • Carol Parsons

    Carol mainly competes throughout the year on the road covering 5k and 10k and track over the summer covering 3k and 5k. As a junior, she represented Scotland at cross country and track. She also competes in cross country in the winter which is her favourite discipline of them all. She was selected for the Scotland masters team to represent Scotland at the British Master cross country international in 2017 and 2018, but was subsequently injured in 2019. During this time, Carol was recommended to me by a fellow runner. I provided Carol with a comprehensive rehabilitation exercise programme which had highlighted her weaknesses. I was able to adjust them accordingly and monitor her progression. At the end of 2021 Carol was ranked 8th in vet 40 age group for 5k with 17.31 and ranked 10th in the 10k with a time of 35.57. Strength and conditioning now forms an intregral part of her training which was ignored previously and now she is running stronger than ever.
