“What. A. Man… Could not fault the service i received from Simon. The wait for physio on the NHS was 2-3months. I booked in with Simon within 2weeks of pain. Such a ridiculously professional and clever man in his expertise of sports therapy. Everything was explained simply and complex in all of the sessions i had. This made me understand and also fulfilled me with confidence that he knew what he was doing. I never once left confused or felt like anything he said contradicted anything from previous weeks, which was reassuring. My rare (in males) injury, of osteitus pubis, was diagnosed and treated brilliantly. It improved 10fold from December-March. The Consultant in Sport and Exercise Medicine at Murrayfield on the Wirral said “you would not be in the position you are in, without the exercises given to you by your physio”. Goes without saying what a genuine guy he is. Massively appreciate his efforts getting me back to what i love doing. Thank you.”

I tweaked my hamstring in a football match and was told would be 4-6 weeks recovery. With Simons expert knowledge and superb rehab plans, he had me back playing and scoring within 2 weeks.
Simon has also provided me with an ongoing injury prevention plan.
His ongoing support and throughout the whole rehab has been top class and I would recommend him to anyone!!!

“Highly recommend! I contacted Simon regarding an injury I have around the ankle area. He got back to me straight away and after sending a photo of the area that was sore he diagnosed straight away and was spot on. I literally couldn’t walk without pain and most certainly could not run. After introducing me to some strength and conditioning work after a couple of days of sticking to this (this is now a part of my daily routine) I was back walk/running with hardly any pain. The week went on and I’ve had successful short runs which I just can’t believe as I honestly thought I wouldn’t be running for a very long time. This progress is just after one week and this is all down to Simons knowledge and support. The after care Simon provides for his clients is just fantastic!! Gets back to any questions that I may have straight away. I can’t thank you Simon enough, I have been to a few physios in the past and have never received this sort of after care. “If you have an injury or niggle, Simon is the guy to speak to! Professional and really knows his stuff. He is spot on diagnosing the cause of aches and pains & delivering treatments. During the lockdown period, I went to Simon regarding various issues with my Calf/Glute and straight away he identified the problems and helped me to sort them. He gave me strengthening exercises and stretches to do and went out of his way to check in with me to see how things were going each week. After 4 weeks of following Simons advice, I am now pain free! Couldn’t recommend him enough, he is always just a message away! ”
