I have a breadth of experience in elite sport, particularly supporting athletes competing in athletics, volleyball and football. These include athletes from Great Britain, Botswana, Kenyan, Uganda, Zambia, and Namibia. My expertise in "Strength and Conditioning" is combined with our understanding of Sport Rehabilitation, and I employ a motivated approach to performance that has been tried and tested on amateur and professional athletes.
